  • 40 Air Squats
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 30 Kettlebell Swings
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 20 Push Press
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 10 Rope Climbs

Equipment:
- Rope for rope climbs
- Kettlebell for swings
- Barbell for push press


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Note: Scale rope climbs to rope pull-ups if needed.
