Tabata Skill DumbbellTabata:
- Dumbbell Thrusters
- Dumbbell Renegade Rows
- Dumbbell Deadlifts
- Dumbbell Push Press
Skill Focus: Focus on maintaining proper form and technique throughout each movement.
Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between movements. Score is total reps completed across all 4 movements. Make sure to choose a challenging weight for the dumbbell that allows you to maintain good form throughout the entire workout.
