AMRAP Skill Rope

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 50 Double-unders
  • 200 meter Run
  • 5 Rope Climbs

Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
- Scale the double-unders to single-unders as needed.
- Sub 250 meter row for the run if necessary.
- Scale the rope climbs to rope pull-ups or towel pull-ups if needed.
