Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort double-unders followed by 10 seconds of rest, alternating with 8 rounds of 20 seconds of handstand hold followed by 10 seconds of rest. Complete all rounds of double-unders before moving on to handstand holds. Score is the total number of double-unders completed.
