AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 20 Double-unders
  • 15 Kettlebell swings
  • 10 Push-ups

Equipment:
- Rope
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the prescribed movements. Keep a steady pace and focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout. Rest as needed, but aim to push yourself to keep moving consistently for the entire duration.
