Tabata Weightlifting Resistance Band

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Resistance Band Deadlifts
    2. Resistance Band Rows

Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible within the 20-second work intervals, alternating between the two movements. Rest for 10 seconds between each round. Aim to maintain a high intensity throughout the entire Tabata workout.
