Tabata Weightlifting Rig

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Deadlifts
    • 10 seconds of rest
  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Box Jumps
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Barbell for Deadlifts
- Box for Box Jumps


Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Complete 8 rounds of Deadlifts before moving on to 8 rounds of Box Jumps. Aim to push yourself during each 20-second work interval and maintain good form throughout the workout.
