Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Deadlifts (70% of 1RM)
  • Even Minutes: 15 Double-unders

Equipment: Barbell, Rope


Notes: Focus on maintaining good form and speed throughout the deadlifts. Scale the weight if needed to ensure proper technique. For the double-unders, aim for unbroken sets each minute. Adjust the reps if needed to maintain intensity.
