EMOM x 20:


  • Minute 1: 15 Double-Unders
  • Minute 2: 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • Minute 3: 12 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
  • Minute 4: Rest

Instructions: Perform the designated reps for each movement within the minute and use the remaining time to rest before the next minute begins. Complete a total of 20 rounds. Adjust the reps or weights as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
