EMOM Weightlifting Wall BallEvery Minute on the Minute for 12 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 5 Power Snatches
- Even Minutes: 5 Overhead Squats
Barbell: #135 / #95
Instructions: Perform 5 power snatches at the start of each odd minute and 5 overhead squats at the start of each even minute. The weight should challenge you, but allow you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Make sure to warm up properly before starting the EMOM.
