EMOM Strength Stationary BikeEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Back Squats
- Even minutes: 10 Deadlifts
Barbell: #225 / #155
Instructions: Start with a weight that allows you to complete the reps with good form. Increase weight as needed to challenge yourself throughout the EMOM. Rest the remainder of the minute if you finish the reps before the minute is up.
