EMOM Strength GHD MachineEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 5 Back Squats at 70% of 1RM
- Even Minutes: 10 GHD Sit-ups
Barbell: Based on individual's 1RM
Note: Focus on maintaining proper form and hitting depth on the Back Squats. Rest as needed between sets to maintain quality of movement.
