EMOM Strength GHD Machine

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Back Squats at 70% of 1RM
  • Even Minutes: 10 GHD Sit-ups

Barbell: Based on individual's 1RM
Note: Focus on maintaining proper form and hitting depth on the Back Squats. Rest as needed between sets to maintain quality of movement.
