EMOM Weightlifting Slam Ball

Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 20 minutes:
- 5 Deadlifts
- 10 Slam Balls


Barbell: #185 / #135
Slam Ball Weight: 30lbs
Instructions: Perform 5 Deadlifts with the barbell, then immediately complete 10 Slam Balls with the slam ball. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 20 rounds.
