EMOM Skill Wall Ball

EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) for 20 minutes:


  • Minute 1: 10 Wall Balls
  • Minute 2: 5 Toes-to-Bar
  • Minute 3: 15 Double Unders
  • Minute 4: Rest

Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions:
Perform the designated movement at the start of each minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. Rotate through the movements for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the rep scheme as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
