Every Minute on the Minute for 10 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
- Even Minutes: 30 Double-Unders


Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that challenges you but allows for good technique.
Skill Focus: Focus on efficient movement patterns for both the dumbbell snatches and double-unders.
