EMOM Skill Wall Ball

Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Wall Balls
  • Even Minutes: 5 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions: Perform 10 Wall Balls at the start of each odd minute and 5 Handstand Push-ups at the start of each even minute. Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the workout. Adjust the rep scheme as needed to maintain intensity.
