EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Minute 1: 10 Wall Balls
  • Minute 2: 30 Double Unders
  • Minute 3: 5 Handstand Push-ups
  • Minute 4: 15 Kettlebell Swings

Equipment:
- Wall Ball (20/14 lbs)
- Jump Rope
- Kettlebell (24/16 kg)


Notes:
This EMOM workout focuses on improving various skills such as wall balls, double unders, handstand push-ups, and kettlebell swings. Each minute, complete the specified reps for each movement before moving on to the next. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
