EMOM Skill BenchEvery Minute on the Minute for 20 Minutes:
- Minute 1: 5 Bench Press at 70% of 1RM
- Minute 2: 10 Box Jumps
- Minute 3: 5 Strict Pull-ups
- Minute 4: Rest
Equipment: Bench, Box
Notes: This EMOM workout is designed to focus on strength and skill development. Be sure to choose a weight for the Bench Press that challenges you but allows you to complete all reps with proper form. Scale the Box Jumps and Pull-ups as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
