EMOM Skill Wall Ball

Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Wall Balls
  • Even Minutes: 30 seconds of Double-Unders

Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions:
Perform 10 Wall Balls at the start of each odd minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. On even minutes, complete 30 seconds of Double-Unders. Focus on efficiency and technique throughout the workout.
