EMOM Skill Dumbbell

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 12 Dumbbell Snatches
  • Even minutes: 30 seconds Handstand Hold

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for good form throughout the 12 reps.


Skill Focus: The Dumbbell Snatches will help to improve unilateral strength and coordination, while the Handstand Holds will work on shoulder stability and balance.


Notes: Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement. Modify the Handstand Holds to a Pike Handstand Hold if needed.
