EMOM x 20:


  • Odd Minutes: 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • Even Minutes: 5 Turkish Get-ups (each arm)

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for good form throughout the workout.


Instructions: Perform the designated skill movement on the odd minutes and even minutes as prescribed. Focus on quality movement patterns, technique, and control. Adjust weight as needed to maintain proper form.
