EMOM Skill Kettlebell

Every Minute on the Minute for 20 Minutes:
- Minute 1: 10 Kettlebell Swings
- Minute 2: 10 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- Minute 3: 10 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
- Minute 4: Rest


Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the reps with good form.
Skill Focus: Focus on technique and efficiency for each movement. Rest as needed between sets to maintain quality of movement.
