Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:
- Minute 1: 15/12 Calories on Stationary Bike
- Minute 2: 10 Handstand Push-ups
- Minute 3: 20 Double-unders
- Minute 4: Rest


Equipment:
- Stationary Bike


Instructions:
- Perform the designated skill movement for each minute on the minute.
- Scale the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Focus on quality of movement and technique during each minute.
