EMOM Skill Dumbbell

Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:


  • Minute 1: 10 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • Minute 2: 20 Double-Unders
  • Minute 3: 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • Minute 4: 30 second Handstand Hold

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the reps with good form.
Skill Focus: Focus on efficient movement patterns and consistency throughout the EMOM.
Note: Rest as needed between rounds to maintain quality of movement.
