EMOM Skill RowerEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 15/12 Calorie Row
- Even minutes: 5-10 Handstand Push-ups
Equipment:
- Rower
Instructions:
- The goal of this workout is to work on both cardiovascular endurance with the rowing intervals and upper body strength and skill with the handstand push-ups.
- Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if needed.
- Adjust the calorie row and handstand push-up reps as needed to maintain consistent effort throughout the 20 minutes.
