EMOM Skill Kettlebell

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Minute 1: 12 Kettlebell Swings
- Minute 2: 10 Goblet Squats
- Minute 3: 8 Single-arm Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
- Minute 4: 6 Turkish Get-ups


Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the reps with good form.
Skill Focus: Focus on technique and efficiency in each movement.
Note: Rest for the remainder of each minute after completing the prescribed reps before moving on to the next movement.
