EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 12 Kettlebell Swings
  • Even minutes: 6 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (alternating arms)

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the movements with good form throughout the workout.


Notes: Focus on quality movement and technique during each minute. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain proper form.
