  • Even Minutes: 5 Handstand Push-ups

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the swings unbroken
Skill Focus: Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the entire workout
Scaling Options: Scale the number of reps or movements as needed to maintain intensity and skill practice
Cooldown: 5-10 minutes of stretching and mobility work for shoulders and hamstrings.
