EMOM Skill Dumbbell

Every Minute on the Minute for 20 Minutes:


  • Minute 1: 10 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • Minute 2: 30 Double Unders
  • Minute 3: 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • Minute 4: 15 Toes-to-Bar

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that allows for unbroken sets throughout the workout.


Skill Focus: Focus on efficient movement patterns and breathing throughout each minute. Scale reps as needed to maintain intensity and technique.


Note: This EMOM workout is designed to improve coordination, endurance, and technique with the dumbbell while incorporating some gymnastics skill work. Be sure to scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
