Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Kettlebell Swings + 5 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)
  • Even minutes: 10 Kettlebell Goblet Squats

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.


Skill Focus: Focus on proper technique and efficiency in each movement. Use this EMOM to practice and improve your kettlebell skills.


Note: Rest as needed between sets to ensure quality movement.
