Every Minute on the Minute for 15 minutes:
- Minute 1: 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups
- Minute 2: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Minute 3: 15 Double-Unders


Equipment:
- Rig for Handstand Push-ups
- Pull-up bar for Toes-to-Bar


Notes: Focus on quality movement and technique for each skill. Scale reps as needed to maintain proper form throughout the EMOM.
