EMOM Weightlifting Resistance Band

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Deadlifts
- 5 Hang Power Cleans
- 5 Front Squats
- 5 Push Press
- 5 Back Squats


Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Instructions:
- Use a moderate weight that allows you to complete each set unbroken.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
- Rest the remainder of each minute after completing the 5 reps.
- Scale the weight as needed to maintain intensity for the full 20 minutes.
