  • Even minutes: 5 Power Snatches

Barbell Weight: #135 / #95


Notes:
Alternate between the two movements every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes. Focus on maintaining good form and speed throughout the workout. Adjust weight as needed to challenge yourself while maintaining proper technique.
