- 15/12 Calorie Row
- 10 GHD Hip Extensions
Instructions:
Complete the specified reps of GHD Sit-ups and Hip Extensions at the start of each minute, then hop on the rower and complete the calorie requirement before the minute is up. Rest the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.
