EMOM Gymnastics BarbellEvery Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 20 minutes:
- 5 Handstand Push-ups
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
- 15 Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)
Instructions:
- Perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute, resting for the remainder of the minute.
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell press.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises or V-ups.
- Choose a weight for deadlifts that allows for unbroken sets throughout the workout.
