  • 5 Power Snatches
  • 10 Wall Balls

Barbell: #135 / #95
Medicine Ball: 20/14 lbs


Notes: Perform 5 Power Snatches at the start of each minute, followed by 10 Wall Balls. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust weights as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
