EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 15/12 Cal Assault Bike
  • Even minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups

Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder press if needed.
- Aim to complete the assault bike calories within 40-45 seconds to allow for rest before starting the handstand push-ups.
