  • 15 Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder (30/20 lbs)

Instructions:
Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar and 15 Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder every minute on the minute for 20 minutes. Adjust the weight of the slam ball as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
