EMOM Gymnastics Stationary Bike

Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
- 15 Handstand Push-ups
- 20 Alternating Pistols


Equipment:
- Stationary Bike


Instructions:
Perform the prescribed number of reps for each movement at the start of every minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the workout. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity and quality of movement.
