  • 10 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment: Kettlebell


Notes: Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups if needed. Scale the toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary. Rest the remainder of each minute after completing the required reps.
