  • 8 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 10 Dumbbell Thrusters

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Instructions: Perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute, resting for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. The workout is complete after 20 minutes.
