Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:


  • 12 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 8 Burpees

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg
Box Height: 24/20 inches


Instructions: Start each minute with the prescribed reps of kettlebell swings, then move on to box jumps, and finish with burpees. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity.
