EMOM Skill Bench

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Bench Press at 75% of 1RM
- Even minutes: 30 seconds of Double-Unders

Instructions:
Perform 5 Bench Press reps at 75% of your 1RM every odd minute, then transition to 30 seconds of Double-Unders on the even minutes. Focus on maintaining good form and efficiency throughout the workout. Adjust the weight on the bench press as needed to challenge yourself while maintaining proper technique.
