  • Rower (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
  • Handstand Push-ups (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
  • Toes-to-Bar (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)

Instructions:
Complete each Tabata segment before moving on to the next one. Score is the total number of reps completed for each movement. Rest 1 minute between each Tabata segment. Adjust movements as needed for skill level.
