Tabata Gymnastics Bench

Tabata Circuit:


  • Bench Press (135/95)
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Burpees

Tabata Structure:
- 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes total) per movement, then rotate to the next movement.


Instructions:
- Complete as many reps as possible in each 20-second work interval.
- Rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement.
- Score is total reps completed across all movements.
- Keep good form and push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each round.
