Tabata Gymnastics Medicine Ball

Tabata:


  • Medicine Ball Sit-Ups
  • Medicine Ball Russian Twists
  • Medicine Ball Burpees
  • Medicine Ball Wall Balls

Tabata Structure: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes total) for each movement. Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next.


Equipment: Medicine Ball


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds before moving on to the next movement. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Keep track of total reps for each movement for score.
