  • Slam Ball Overhead Lunges
  • Slam Ball Sit-Ups
  • Slam Ball Burpees
  • Slam Ball Russian Twists

Score: Total reps completed
Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of your reps for each movement to tally your total score at the end.
