Tabata Skill Slam Ball

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- 1. Slam Ball Slams
- 2. Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder
- 3. Slam Ball Russian Twists
- 4. Slam Ball Burpees


Skill Emphasis: Focus on explosive power and core stability with each movement.


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep a fast pace and push yourself to maintain intensity throughout the entire Tabata workout.
