AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder (40/30 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 20 Double Unders

Skill Focus: Focus on explosiveness and accuracy when performing the Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder movement. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize rounds completed.


Note: Scale the weight of the slam ball and height of the box jumps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the duration of the workout.
