- 40 Slam Ball Sit-ups
- 30 Slam Ball Lunges (15 each leg)
- 20 Slam Ball Burpees
- 10 Slam Ball Box Step-ups (20 inches)
Slam Ball Weight: 20/15 lbs
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.
